In 2001, in a small workshop in Yunhe County, Zhejiang, a few carpenters were determined to create truly great building blocks. Little did they know that two decades later, this humble workshop would grow into a facility producing over 100 million blocks annually, exported to dozens of countries worldwide.

From Three Carpenters to a Factory

Founder Chen was a local of Yunhe. He learned carpentry at sixteen and spent twenty years perfecting his craft. In the spring of 2001, he and two fellow apprentices pooled together 80,000 yuan, rented a 300-square-meter workshop at the village entrance, bought three second-hand machines, and started their journey.

The first two years were the hardest. Every single block had to be hand-polished. Three people working from dawn to dusk could barely produce 2,000 pieces a day. But Chen was stubborn about one thing: blocks are for children. He inspected every single piece himself, immediately discarding any that didn't meet his standards.

By 2003, early customers began reordering. One customer drove five hours from Wenzhou just to say, 'Your blocks are better than the big brands.' That night, with tears in his eyes, Chen said: 'We have to be worthy of this trust.'

Three Upgrades, Each for Better Blocks

First Upgrade (2008): Semi-automation. Orders grew rapidly. Chen took out an 800,000 yuan loan to purchase semi-automatic equipment. Production capacity tripled while quality improved — machine cutting achieved tolerances within 0.2mm.

Second Upgrade (2015): Full standardization. We introduced German wood drying equipment and precision machining centers. Every batch undergoes moisture testing, hardness testing, and environmental checks. That year, our products passed EU CE certification and US ASTM F963 safety standards.

Third Upgrade (2022-present): AI-powered full automation. We invested in a 20,000-square-meter smart factory with AI vision sorting, intelligent material distribution, and adaptive polishing robots. AI cameras scan every block at 120 frames per second, detecting flaws thinner than a hair. Daily capacity increased from 100,000 to 500,000 pieces, while defect rates dropped to 0.02%.

Exceeding Export Standards

We use only premium hardwood aged ten years or more, with moisture content precisely controlled to 8%-10%. Every block undergoes six polishing stages ending with 1200-grit sandpaper. All edges feature R2 rounded corners for safety. Our color series uses German imported water-based paint, non-toxic and safe. Our standards exceed the combined requirements of EU EN71, US ASTM F963, and Japan ST2016.
